I wish i knew this before i took my Gameboy advance and all my games to school and lost everything

Gaming lost its joy and wonder for me when they stopped making jank looking 3rd party peripherals like this. the ps1 gameshark, the camera and printer for the original gameboy, the gba to n64 adapter... Everything is so digital and sterile now.

My dad had the ambassador program and i used to play soooo many of the games on it. Then he ran out of room on it so he deleted everything and factory reset the 3DS despite me begging him not to. He also used to go to gamestop and resell like 20 games everytime he wanted to buy a new game. Did it for every console/system we ever owned. He still tells me he regrets selling games like marvel V capcom 2, the SNES, deadpool for xbox 1, so many rare/valuable games but no matter my pleas he would never listen to me.
